Description
IT Catalysts' approach to customer relationship management is unique in three critical respects:

  • We differentiate between customers (who make buying decisions), consumers (who make use of your products), and services and wallets (who provide funding but are otherwise uninvolved in the relationship).
  • We don't consider CRM appropriate for all companies. We use a CRM "maturity model" to help you determine whether it's suitable for yours.
  • We think customer relationships should be designed, not just analyzed, and we provide a well-defined, tested framework that facilitates the process.
