Depending on your specific situation, we can and will deliver:

  • Clearly defined results through on-site engagements: Based on your goals we will write a Statement of Work that specifies the business outcomes you're trying to achieve, our role in helping you achieve them, the staffing we will provide, a schedule for our on-site and off-site work, and the deliverables we will provide.
  • Temporary leadership, either to help your organization through a difficult transition, or on a project basis to assist in implementing specific changes.
  • Scheduled teleconsulting: IT leadership can be a lonely experience. Peer executives in the enterprise rarely understand the special difficulties and dynamics of leading an IT organization, and confiding in direct reports is both risky and unfair to those who look to you for leadership, not for additional burdens.
If an on-site project would be overkill, we will, on a regular schedule, confer with you via telephone to help you think through whatever challenges you're dealing with at the moment.
  • Ad hoc teleconsulting: Have a specific issue you'd like to talk over? Don't want to commit to a long-term consulting relationship? That's okay. Tell us what you need and we'll figure out how we can help you, on your schedule and budget, with or without an on-site visit.
